We walked out the doors of Elevate last night to a wintry wonderland! It was so beautiful--falling pretty hard and sticking easily, since it's been below 20 degrees for days. We woke the boys up at 10:30 and took them to the front porch to check out the beautiful front yard, but they were too sleepy to care. But this morning at 7am they were super excited! We went straight outside to play, even before breakfast.
I got to take pictures today of my friend Maegan (who I know I mention all the time). It's for the beginning of a makeup/photography project that God has put on my heart. More on that to come later, along with more pics from our shoot. But here's a sneak peek:
We were also potty training with T today. He was showing off his big boy undies to anyone and everyone!
This is Maegan. And her juice. We gave our juicer a run for its money with a batch of pineapple, peach, and pear juice, and another batch of tomato, carrot, and spinach. Which may or may not have been a little too heavy on the spinach--ick.
I am wife to Ryan, mother of two boys, and a makeup artist. I love Jesus and people. Our family is from Atlanta, and moved to Waco, TX to enroll in a discipleship training school at Antioch Community Church.
Full funding to come in for our June mission trip to Indonesia!
Holden is entered into a lottery to get into a Montessori Magnet School for Kindergarten next year. Pray he gets accepted!
This Week's Memory Verses
1 Peter 1:13-15 "So think clearly and exercise self-control. Look forward to the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world. So you must live as God's obedient children. Don't slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires. You didn't know any better then. But now you must be holy in everything you do, just as God who chose you is holy."
