I'm looking out my window and thinking that if I'm not free for the sake of running a muck with self-indulgence, what exactly am I free from? Here's some thoughts:
I am free from...
- the power of sin in my life
- the need to prove my worth to others
- man-made expectations (beauty, weight, success, wealth, "good" parenting)
- caring what other people think about me
- serving myself over God and others
What is it that Jesus has set you set free from?
